Patrizia's Italian Restaurant on East 26 St. & 2nd Ave. is a great family style restaurant. The atmosphere is lively & welcoming, the staff is friendly & accommodating & the food is delicious, fresh & satisfying. It's a great place to bring the family, large or small groups, couples or to dine by yourself. Patrizia's is an excellent place for birthdays, work related events or just to eat & enjoy. If ever you're in the city you must come here! They have other locations as well.

One of several Italian restaurants in the Kips Bay area and a popular haunt for those who work in the hospitals nearby. They have a great lunch special with various pastas at $18 that comes with a side house salad. I'm partial to the fettuccine alfredo myself, very creamy and classic. There is a rival restaurant called fumo with a similarly low price lunch pasta special nearby as well. Rather large restaurant with high ceilings and plenty of outdoor seating. The decor is a little bit on the nose and cheesy but does the job rather well. Nothing to complain about re: service.

Definitely a party restaurant for I'd say ages 21-25 , but I did end up booking this for my best friend's 26th with a bit younger crowd so it worked! The food was delicious, and honestly given the party vibe and bottomless drinks etc., I was thinking maybe the food may take a hit, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the portion sizes for the family style $65 menu were so generous! (Btw after tax and tip, it came out to $87 per head, which I think is worth it for bottomless dinner!). The service was fast and friendly, they do try to push you to buy the photos they take of you which I was a little eh about, but other than that it was a fun time! We also got this balcony-like seating which I felt like made the birthday boy feel like Tony Soprano, good for the male ego haha. Fun time, good music, a little rowdy but that's the point, and a great spot to celebrate! Thank you so much for a great night!

The word HUGE takes a different meaning when it comes to the serving sizes of the food here. Sandwiches are twice as big as in most other places. The spaghetti with meatballs literally create a mountain on the serving plate. Pizzas are quite big, too. I need to go back to check their salads. I wasn't feeling carnivore and had a Giardiniera pizza: crunchy dough but a little too burned for my taste. I did love the dipping sauce they serve with warm focaccia.... So deliciously garlicky. Solid place with plenty of seats.

This used to be my local go to when I lived in the area, I would go here all the time. They have the best pre-meal bread I have ever had, it is doughy and I think they use of for the pizza but I have not confirmed. The octopus is the best I've had in the city and the best I've had in the city for tagliatelle and meat sauce. The service is still attentive and friendly and they renovated and the restaurant is super cute now. The portions are huge, and I'm pretty sure much larger than they used to be which is unusual as everywhere else portions are getting smaller.

5 for the vibe and 4.5 for the food! Went here for a birthday and had no idea that it was a party focused restaurant venue lol. Everyone was dancing on the chairs, people were bringing out desserts with sparklers, and I thought I was at the club - but that's part of the whole gig! Considering how busy and hectic everything was, I was surprised at how decent the food was. The fried shrimp was tasty, the steak wasn't overcooked, food was piping hot. Considering how much we paid per person I thought it wasn't a bad deal, (but eat your food fast because they will clear out your plates before you're even halfway done without asking). Think Carmine's but with lots of alcohol and club music.

TLDR: Authentic Italian pasta, bottomless dinner option, great music, impeccable service and fun place to go for any occasion on any day of the week! 10/10 recommend -- book reservation ASAP because it's always packed. As soon as my friends and I walked in, not only was the music lit, but the restaurant was active... I nearly thought it was lounge because there were so many people dancing at their tables and a group of girls having fun with their friends while dancing on tables. I've been to Italy a few times and I must say, the pasta was the closest I've have to being authentic Italian in a while... As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with fresh Italian bread with this garlic and herb seasoned oil which pairs perfectly well together. If you get the signature Fioretti Alla Boscaiola pasta, beware that the prosciutto is in the sauce instead of bits in the pasta (was a little confused but that). Our server, Edwin took great care of us which elevated my experience so much more! The waiter consistently made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole night :) Water cups were always filled and he did everything in his power to accommodate us. Overall Patrizia's is a vibeeee and a restaurant that you will want to return to consistently in NYC!

This place was awesome! The food was soooo good! We added $25 package to get any cocktails. It was worth it but I think I would stick to the bottomless wine next time. The service was extremely fast and a little overwhelming. The food runners brought out so much food all at once. Our waiter was a little slower we kept having to flag her down for more drinks. But it was understandable since it was super busy. They did rush us out at the end which was kind of annoying and giving 4 stars instead of 5. The place is definitely rowdy! It is fun and easy going so get ready to have a good time. The steak was my favorite!
